WriteTrace reads the revision history of a Google Docs or Slides file you open and have edit access to, from inside that page using your own Google session. The history is analyzed in your browser and stored only in your browser's local extension storage.

We do not collect, transmit or store document contents, names, email addresses or usage analytics. There is no account.

If you buy Plus, the extension sends your licence key — and nothing else — to writetrace.epitchi.com, which asks our payment processor Creem whether it is active. Payments are handled by Creem (creem.io), which acts as merchant of record; we never see card details.

The Share feature creates a file on your computer; it leaves your computer only if you send it.

Delete all stored data from the extension popup or by removing the extension. Contact: thienvanlea1@gmail.com.
